AI Consultant + CRM: Pipedrive, KeyCRM, Sitniks or Altegio — Which to Choose
Why connect an AI consultant to your CRM, what it changes for sales, and how Pipedrive, KeyCRM, Sitniks and Altegio compare when leads from Instagram, Telegram and your website land there automatically.
An AI consultant that answers customers in Instagram Direct, Telegram and on your website is only half of a sales system. The other half is where those conversations end up: the CRM your team already works in. MARREK connects to four CRMs — Pipedrive, KeyCRM, Sitniks and Altegio — and sends every qualified lead there automatically, with the context a salesperson needs to close it.
This article covers why the integration matters, what exactly lands in the CRM, and how to choose between the four systems. Each CRM also has its own step-by-step guide, linked at the end.
Why connect an AI consultant to a CRM
Without an integration, the AI auto reply does its job — answers questions, recommends products, collects a phone number — and then someone has to copy that lead into the CRM by hand. That step is where leads get lost: the manager is busy, the chat scrolls away, the phone number sits in a message nobody re-reads.
With the integration, the moment the AI consultant sees that a customer is ready to buy, a record appears in your CRM. Nobody copies anything, and nothing depends on someone remembering.
- No lost leads. Every conversation that reaches “ready to buy” becomes a CRM record, including the ones that come in at 2 a.m. or on a Sunday.
- Context instead of a bare phone number. The record carries the channel, the products the customer asked about, a short AI summary of the conversation and a link back to the full dialog.
- Your process stays yours. Leads go to the pipeline and stage you choose. Managers keep working in the tool they know — MARREK feeds it rather than replacing it.
- One customer, one record. Repeated updates from the same conversation refresh the existing record instead of creating duplicates, and the customer is matched by phone number.
- Clean data for reporting. Every lead from social media and your site is in one system, so you can finally see how much revenue Instagram and Telegram actually bring. MARREK’s own chat analytics shows the other half — how many conversations turn into leads.
How the integration works
MARREK’s AI consultant tracks where each conversation stands. When it marks a customer as ready to buy — the default trigger — the lead is sent to your CRM. You can also send leads earlier, as soon as a customer shows interest, or push any conversation manually with the “To CRM” button right in the chat.
- Connect the CRM in the dashboard under Channels → CRM: sign in (Pipedrive), connect from the Altegio Marketplace or paste an API key (KeyCRM, Sitniks).
- Choose where leads land — the pipeline and stage, or the order status, depending on the CRM.
- Map the fields you want: channel, dialog link, summary, lead status, source. Anything left unmapped goes into a note, so no information is lost.
- Send a test lead to check that the record looks the way you want.
- Let it run. From then on the AI consultant qualifies customers around the clock and your CRM fills itself.
Pipedrive, KeyCRM, Sitniks, Altegio: side by side
All four integrations share the same core: automatic lead delivery, phone-based matching, no duplicates and full dialog context. The difference is in what kind of business each CRM is built for, and what kind of record MARREK creates in it.

|---|---|---|---|---|
| Built for | B2B and service sales, international teams | Online stores and multichannel e-commerce | Online stores selling through Instagram and messengers | Beauty salons, clinics, studios, appointment-based services |
| What MARREK creates | Lead in the Leads Inbox, converted into a Deal when the customer is ready to buy | Pipeline card with the buyer attached | Order with the client attached | Client card with the full context |
| Where it lands | Chosen pipeline and stage | Chosen pipeline and stage | Chosen funnel and order status | Chosen location (branch) |
| Connection | Sign in with Pipedrive | API key | API key | Altegio Marketplace |

Which CRM to choose
If you already use one of the four, the answer is simple: connect the one you have. Moving a team to a new CRM costs far more than any difference between them. If you are choosing from scratch, start from how your business sells.
Pipedrive — for deal-based sales
Choose Pipedrive if your sales are a sequence of stages: request, consultation, proposal, payment. It is the most sales-focused of the four, with a visual pipeline, deal values and forecasting. MARREK uses its native Lead → Deal flow: interested customers land in the Leads Inbox, and once the AI consultant sees purchase intent, the lead becomes a deal with a value. Read the Pipedrive guide.
KeyCRM — for e-commerce with many channels
Choose KeyCRM if you run an online store and collect orders from marketplaces, social media and your website in one place. MARREK creates a pipeline card with the buyer, so warm leads from Instagram and Telegram join the same funnel as everything else. Read the KeyCRM guide.
Sitniks — for stores that sell in Instagram
Choose Sitniks if Instagram Direct is your main sales channel. Sitniks is built around orders and order statuses, so MARREK creates the order directly — the client, the products and the conversation summary, in the status you pick. Read the Sitniks guide.
Altegio — for appointments and services
Choose Altegio if you sell time rather than goods: a salon, a clinic, a studio, a barbershop. MARREK creates a client card with everything the administrator needs to book the visit — the service the client asked about, their contact details and the dialog summary. Read the Altegio guide.
Frequently asked questions
Do I need a developer to connect a CRM?
No. Every integration is set up in the MARREK dashboard in a few minutes: sign in through the CRM or paste an API key, choose the pipeline and stage, optionally map fields, and send a test lead.
When exactly does a lead go to the CRM?
By default, when the AI consultant marks the customer as ready to buy. You can also send leads at the “interested” stage and push any conversation manually from the chat.
Will the same customer be created twice?
No. One conversation produces one record, and later updates refresh it. Customers are also matched by phone number, so a returning buyer is linked to their existing contact.
What if the customer never gave a phone number?
The lead is still sent with everything that is known — name or username, channel, products and summary — and the dialog link lets a manager continue the conversation in MARREK.
Can I use MARREK without a CRM?
Yes. All leads are also collected in the Leads section of MARREK. The CRM integration is for teams that want those leads inside the tool they already use for sales.
The takeaway
An AI consultant finds and qualifies buyers; a CRM is where they are turned into revenue. Connecting the two removes the manual step in between — the one where leads quietly disappear.
Pick the CRM that matches how you sell, or simply connect the one you already have. To see what the AI consultant itself does, read what an AI consultant is, or check the pricing.
